Welltec Machinery Co., Ltd. is a core subsidiary of Cosmos Machinery Co., Ltd. (a Hong Kong-listed company). Founded in 1982, it specializes in the production of fully automatic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Covering an area of about 200,000 square meters with nearly 1,000 employees, the company operates injection molding machine manufacturing bases in South and East China, making it one of the largest plastics machinery production bases in China. Drawing on nearly four decades of industry experience, Welltec continues to focus on niche segments — Ultra-large injection molding, energy-saving technology, complex processes, and customized applications — delivering differentiated equipment solutions to customers across various industries.

The company adheres to independent R&D and industry-academia-research collaboration, holds full technological proprietary rights across all its product lines, and owns nearly 200 granted patents. Its flagship Se and JSe series injection molding machines are at the leading level in the domestic industry. Welltec maintains close cooperation with universities such as South China University of Technology, Dongguan University of Technology, and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and jointly established the "Chemical Microcellular Foaming Innovation Demonstration Base" with the National Engineering Research Center for Compounding and Modification of Polymer Materials. The Group has also introduced advanced international technologies, signing strategic cooperation agreements with UBE Machinery Corporation, Ltd. of Japan in 2002 and 2013 respectively. Today, Welltec products are sold to more than 100 countries and regions, supported by over 70 sales and service offices worldwide.

Welltec Machinery participated in drafting two national standards and received the honor certificates of "Lead Drafting Unit" and "Drafting Unit" for national standards.
