Mold opening, ejection, and robotic part removal -- a plastic automotive component is molded and then sent for appearance and dimensional inspection.
At the new plant of Wuhu Xunwei Precision Mould, multiple Welltec SeKIII series injection molding machines are now in production, manufacturing automotive plastic components in different specifications. After inspection, the parts move to customer’s assembly processes for use in automotive products and on board tools.
Form mold setup to mass production, Xunwei Precision Mould focuses on turning customer requirements for appearance, dimensions, and assembly into consistent, reliable molded parts.

01
Each Plastic Part Must Pass Assembly Inspection
Plastic housings for automotive products must fit precisely with internal components. Any deviation in dimensions, clips, button openings, or interfaces can affect assembly, while defects such as shrinkage, color variation, and weld lines can impact the final product’s appearance.
After molding, each parts is inspected for appearance, wall thickness, clips, assembly points, and critical dimensions.

Xunwei’s plastic parts are now in volume supply for in-car products. After sample validation, production ramped up step by step -- meeting customer requirements on appearance, dimensions and assembly, and setting a solid baseline for continued supply.

02
Market Demand, Delivered to the Production Floor
Xunwei’s customers have long focused on tire inflators, jump starters and all-in-one units -- building solid sales and a user base in the in-car emergency segment.
As the product models expand and order schedules change, injection molding production must respond quickly. Before a new product enters the market, mold trials and sample validation are required. Once orders begin, different plastic components must be scheduled and produced on time for assembly.
For a supporting manufacturer, customer trust shows in continued cooperation: sample that pass validation, batch parts that assemble smoothly, and new orders can be handled efficiently. As finished products continue to reach the market, the plastic components behind them must keep pace with production demand.

03
Matching SeKIII Tonnages to Diverse Part Demands
Plastic parts differ in size, structure and mold requirements, so Xunwei runs Welltec SeKIII injection molding machines in different tonnages.

Different tonnages take on housing bodies and smaller structural parts respectively, allowing the plant to match machines to parts and molds while supporting simultaneous production and future new product launches.
The SeKIII series covers a wide range of conventional molding tasks, with a balanced setup in clamping, injection and control, Machine in the same series share one operating logic, making process introduction, parameter management and daily operation easy for the team.
As more products enter production, Xunwei is improving the workflow from mold trials and inspection to mass production. Welltec SeKIII machines will continue to provide reliable equipment support tailored to the specific requirements of automotive plastic components and molds.
