Food packaging productivity is built, second by second.
But a shorter cycle doesn’t always mean higher output. A single flash, weight variation, or delay in part take-out can quickly erase the time saved.
True productivity is not about how fast a machine runs once, but how consistently every cycle delivers a stable, qualified, and sellable product.
For food container lids, yogurt cups, and PET preforms, Welltec combines high-speed filling, precision control, and system coordination to reduce waiting and production fluctuations—turning every second into real productivity.
01.
Faster Filling, Faster Cycles
SEc/e for Thin-Wall Molding
Fast-food containers, bubble tea cups, and other thin-wall packaging products are typically produced in large volumes and at high speeds, making cycle time critical to production costs.
The real challenge is not simply achieving a fast fill in one cycle, but maintaining stable cycles and consistent quality throughout long-term, high-frequency production.
Welltec SEc/e Servo Energy-Saving High-Speed Thin-Wall Injection Molding Machine is equipped with a high-response single-cylinder injection unit, direct-drive servo plasticizing motor, and high-speed control system, delivering injection speeds of up to 500 mm/s for rapid thin-wall filling.

A high-rigidity, low-strain clamping structure, linear guide rails, and fast, smooth mold opening and closing help maintain mold parallelism and reduce the risk of flash and uneven wall thickness.
Synchronized plasticizing and an optimized hydraulic circuit further streamline the production cycle by minimizing idle time between operations.
For thin-wall packaging manufacturers, the value of the SEc/e is not simply running faster—it is turning high-speed production into stable, sustainable productivity.

02.
Stable Production. Consistent Output.
D Series for High-Cleanliness Food Packaging
Yogurt cups demand fast cycles, clean production, consistent wall thickness, high surface quality, and seamless automation.
Especially in multi-cavity, in-mold labeling, and automated take-out production, even minor machine fluctuations can disrupt the rhythm of the entire production line.
The Welltec D Series All-Electric Injection Molding Machine uses stable, precise motion control to minimize process fluctuations and provide a reliable foundation for continuous, high-volume production of high-cleanliness thin-wall food packaging.

Key movements are driven by servo motors and precision ball screws, reducing hydraulic oil use and contamination risks. The self-locking five-point toggle clamping system and high-performance linear guides provide stable support for multi-cavity precision molds.
During injection, the D Series’s high-rigidity injection unit limits structural deformation to ≤0.05 mm at maximum pressure, with injection repeatability of up to ±0.01 mm and product weight repeatability down to 1‰.
For high-cleanliness thin-wall food packaging, fewer adjustments, less downtime, and fewer unstable production batches mean more time spent on real, productive output.

03.
No Waiting. More Output.
PET-HS for Efficient Preform Production
For mineral water and beverage bottles, the injection molding process produces PET preforms—not the final bottles.
After molding, PET preforms still need to go through take-out, water cooling, storage, and blow molding. Therefore, preform production efficiency depends not only on the injection molding cycle, but also on whether the mold, take-out, cooling, and downstream processes can work together at the same pace.
The Welltec PET-HS High-Speed Injection System integrates the PET-H energy-saving machine with a high-speed side-entry robot and multi-station water cooling—enabling better coordination between injection, take-out, and cooling.

The preform handling system is directly integrated into the injection molding machine’s control system, minimizing waiting between processes. No injection pauses for take-out. No preform buildup during cooling. More stable preform supply for downstream blow molding.
The system supports 48–96-cavity preform molds. Depending on the mold, material, and operating conditions, cycle times can be as fast as 8–9 seconds, supporting 24/7 continuous production.
When the machine, mold, preform handling, and cooling system operate to a unified cycle, the speed of a single machine can truly translate into the productivity of the entire production line.

Food packaging efficiency ultimately comes down to delivering every order on time.
Make every second count toward productivity.
